Now, through the Referral Enlistment Program, members of the Idaho Army National Guard can earn $1,000 by referring names of qualified individuals for enlistment in the Idaho Army National Guard. Our simple process allows you to submit names directly to the Recruiting and Retention Command Sergeant Major via the Recruiting and Retention Battalion Referral Eligibility website. Once vetted for eligibility, your referral will be submitted to a local recruiter and the enlistment process will begin. Payments will be paid out in two timed allotments, half when your referral ships to Basic Training and half upon completion of Advanced Individual Training. No limitation on the number of referrals that a single Soldier can refer.
